• Develop housing plans and coordinate with landlords, property managers, and housing providers.
• Maintain records and ensure HIPAA compliance for client information.
• Connect clients to resources like credit repair, legal aid, and tenant rights education.
• Assist families in housing searches, applications, and documenting housing needs.
