Equitable Social Solutions is seeking a skilled housing services coordinator to work with homeless clients across the county, conducting in-depth interviews, identifying needs, and assisting with immediate shelter placement to move clients toward self-sufficiency.

Responsibilities include coordinating with partner agencies, maintaining confidential records, developing stabilization plans, and documenting all services while ensuring regulatory compliance and timely follow-up.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or equivalent experience.
• Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office, Email and Data Entry.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• Driver’s License with good driving record.
• Travel throughout the County.

• Communicate clearly with staff, agencies, and service providers on behalf of clients.
• Assess client needs and conduct in-depth interviews.
• Maintain confidentiality of files and records.
• Organize and complete a large volume of work within strict deadlines.
• Provide counseling and referrals to appropriate services.
• Develop action and stabilization plans with clients.
• Document expenditures, payments, and service issuances to clients.
• Collaborate with property owners/managers and other partners to promote housing opportunities.
