Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and ability to travel across the county.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients experiencing homelessness to obtain shelter and housing.
• Interview clients to assess needs and develop action plans.
• Coordinate with agencies, property owners and service providers.
• Maintain confidential client records and documentation.
• Refer clients to specialized services and counseling.
