• Salary commensurate with education and experience as it relates to the position.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients and provide linkage and advocacy within the PSH program.
• Develop and implement individual service plans focused on housing stability.
• Collaborate with individuals, families and other service providers to implement ISPs.
• Build rapport and maintain professional relationships with landlords to promote housing stability.
