Job summary

Kenosha Human Development Services is seeking an RRH Caseworker to support individuals and families experiencing homelessness in scattered-site housing. You will conduct assessments, develop housing stability plans, and provide tailored interventions to help participants achieve self-defined goals.

Responsibilities include admission participation, ongoing case management, documentation in HMIS, and coordination with community partners to promote housing stability and self-sufficiency.

Qualifications

  • Ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally.
  • Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and good driving record.
  • Ability to maintain records and document case notes daily.
  • Ability to give and accept feedback as part of a team.
  • Be willing to learn and work with treatment philosophies.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in program admission and goal setting.
  • Provide regular case management per the participant’s plan.
  • Assist clients with housing search, move-in/out, and tenancy.
  • Create housing and employment stability plans and support interventions.
  • Ensure documentation in HMIS and maintain client files.
  • Meet with supervisors to review program and case management issues.
  • Promote respectful, harassment-free environment.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
