Job summary
A nonprofit organization in Milwaukee seeks an Internal Case Manager to support homeless individuals in obtaining permanent housing and income. You will manage client caseloads, facilitate community resource access, and engage collaboratively with staff and clients. A Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree with relevant experience is required, along with strong communication skills and city residency. This role includes offering educational classes and ends with client success monitoring, with expected coordination across various programs.
Qualifications
1 year experience working with the homeless preferred.
City of Milwaukee residency required.
Maintain a valid Wisconsin driver license.
Responsibilities
Manage a caseload up to 25-30 clients.
Develop an Individual Service Plan for clients.
Work collaboratively with staff from other departments.
Skills
