Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience working directly with low-income populations.
• Experience with mental health disorders preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive case management services for diverse populations.
• Conduct screenings to determine program eligibility.
• Manage case data in a timely manner using Service Point.
