Caritas of Austin seeks an Espero Rutland Case Manager to deliver permanent supportive housing services for individuals experiencing homelessness. You will assess eligibility, provide intensive case management, and coordinate access to mental health and substance use services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university required.
• Master’s Degree in related fields preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience with low-income or underserved populations.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish or other language preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide permanent supportive housing services and determine eligibility for housing services.
• Assess needs, perform intensive case management, and coordinate mental health/substance use services.
• Enter case notes and maintain HMIS records; prepare reports.
• Collaborate with housing partners and community agencies to identify safe, affordable housing.
