Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field required; Master’s in Social Work preferred.
• Two years’ experience in homelessness or housing is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; English proficiency required; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to program regulations, policies, and procedures to ensure quality services.
• Assist clients in developing an Independent Living Plan and track progress.
• Provide information, referrals, counseling, crisis intervention, and advocacy.
• Develop and maintain a resource network and collaborate with DSS and providers.
• Assist with client budgets, resumes, and abilities in ADL skills.
• Document and report housing conditions and program compliance.
