Job summary

The Salvation Army St. Cloud Corps is a mission-driven organization providing shelter, services, and connections to community resources. The Case Manager will support shelter participants through assessments, individualized plans, and goal-oriented coaching to reach stable housing and improved well-being.

Working closely with partners, you will maintain documentation, ensure program compliance, and help participants build housing stability, income, and life skills toward greater self-sufficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent education and experience may be considered.
• If the degree is in social work, Minnesota state licensure is required.
• One year of experience providing case management, social services, housing services, or related support services.
• Experience working with individuals and families experiencing homelessness or housing instability preferred.
• Must pass background checks, possess a valid driver's license, and meet MVR standards.

Responsibilities

• Case management and housing stabilization for shelter participants, including assessments and service plans.
• Documentation, compliance, and reporting of records and required forms.
• Resource coordination and community partnerships to access housing and supportive services.
• Participant education and skill development related to housing stability and employment readiness.
• Program collaboration and support within the shelter team and operations.
