Job summary

The Salvation Army is hiring a full-time Case Manager to provide housing-related case work and support services in Davenport. You will interview clients, document needs, and coordinate with community resources to help families achieve stability.

You will maintain compliance with funding sources, manage records in HMIS/SIMS, and advocate for clients with the care team while following program policies. Travel between Davenport and Moline may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with two years' case work or related experience.
• College coursework in human services preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; able to navigate data systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client interviews to assess needs for housing assistance.
• Complete documentation, maintain client files, and develop individual service plans.
• Maintain HMIS/SIMS records and other platforms as assigned.
• Educate clients on community resources and referrals as needed.
• Provide financial literacy and budget counseling; connect with supportive services.
• Process paperwork for eligible participants in line with funding source parameters.
• Submit funding requests timely as required by sources.
• Advocate for clients with interdisciplinary teams.
• Follow up 90 days after program completion.
• Adhere to Salvation Army policies and procedures.
