First Presbyterian Church of Dallas is seeking a RRH Case Manager to provide housing-focused case management under the Street to Home Initiative in Dallas, TX. This grant-funded role emphasizes helping participants locate, secure and maintain housing, with field-based work to promote stability and self-sufficiency.

You will manage a caseload, assess eligibility, develop action plans, and connect clients to education, income support, and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in social work or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years in case management with highly vulnerable populations.
• Experience with housing is preferred; reliable transportation and active driver’s license.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a caseload of 27 households in the Street to Home Initiative.
• Complete eligibility assessment for new participants and ensure funding guidelines are met.
• Develop a strengths-based, goal-driven action plan to promote permanent housing.
• Assist participants with income, education/training, and treatment needs.
• Teach financial skills: budgeting, bill payment, banking and savings.
• Maintain HMIS documentation and ensure data accuracy per funding rules.
