Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in social services, especially with housing instability.
• Understanding of challenges such as poverty, substance use, and mental health.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and create participant-led action plans for housing stability.
• Maintain accurate participant records in the Homeless Management Information System.
• Communicate effectively with participants regarding their eligibility and support.
