Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field preferred.
• Two years of direct life experience with homeless or low-income groups welcomed.

• Coordinate with CalAIM services, referrals, and community resources.
• Conduct health and safety visits and document case notes meticulously.
