Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or related field preferred.
• Experience in recovery, mental health, and co‑occurring disorders preferred.
• Applicants with less than a BA/BS but at least 2 years of direct experience with long‑term homeless, low‑income, and diverse populations are welcome.
• Knowledge of confidentiality, legal and ethical issues in case management; effective documentation and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a caseload of 1–15 individuals and meet residents regularly to develop housing plans.
• Meet clients in shelters, community, and homes.
• Utilize harm‑reduction and crisis prevention/intervention techniques.
• Practice trauma‑informed care and motivational interviewing.
• Assist residents with housing searches, applications, and move‑in readiness.
• Maintain accurate case notes, housing plans, and documentation.
