Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness.
• Knowledge of homeless services systems and community resources.
• Commitment to trauma-informed care and housing-first principles.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client intake and assessments to develop individualized housing plans.
• Assist participants in securing permanent housing through various support methods.
• Maintain documentation in HMIS and ensure compliance with contract requirements.
