The Sanctuary on Potomac is recruiting for a PSH Property Manager to lead trauma-informed care across a newly developed 43-unit project. You will guide leasing, move‑ins, and resident support, helping residents achieve housing stability with dignity.

Qualifications

• Trauma-informed care principles required.
• Strong knowledge of Housing Program Regulations and Fair Housing.
• Minimum of three years of experience in property management or housing.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license.

Responsibilities

• Provide trauma-informed care to residents and support stability.
• Manage leasing process, applications, and eligibility.
• Coordinate move-ins/outs and property inspections.
• Monitor occupancy, waiting lists, and compliance with funding sources.
• Enforce Fair Housing rules and respond to resident concerns.
• Collaborate with service providers to support resident well-being.
• Perform property accounting tasks and maintain documentation.
