Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to program Case Managers and interns.
• Oversee daily program operations and ensure contract goals are met.
• Enter and audit client data in program and agency databases; respond to data requests.
• Review and approve rental assistance payments per guidelines.
• Foster a collaborative, culturally diverse team environment.
