Job summary

Mental Health Association of WashingtonCounty is seeking a part-time Supportive Housing Caseworker to assist in developing and monitoring individualized service plans. The role reports to the Executive Director and involves psychosocial assessments and client advocacy.

The position requires strong organizational skills, knowledge of the local mental health system, and the ability to travel as needed. Training in confidentiality and client rights is part of the expectations.

Responsibilities

• Conducts Psychosocial Assessments and Re-assessments to develop and update Treatment Plans.
• Provides supportive counseling and life skills training.
• Advocates for entitlement resources and housing access.
• Maintains client case records and submits required documentation.
• Communicates with external programs and community resources.
• Adheres to policies, laws and confidentiality.
