Job summary

Washington City Mission in Washington state seeks a Manager of Women’s Programs to provide oversight in the absence of the program director and to support House Coordinators, the medical clinic, and work therapy sites. You will develop individualized strategies, supervise the RA program and Aftercare, and coordinate case consultations to promote recovery and independent living.

The role requires collaboration with the Director of Residential Programs, weekly meetings, and diligent documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Master’s degree in counseling preferred; counseling certification highly desired.
• Committed Christian with heart to assist others toward wholeness in Christ and willing to integrate faith in care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Women’s programs in the absence of the program director.
• Supervise RA program and Aftercare responsibilities.
• Provide case management and develop individualized strategies for residents.
• Coordinate with Director of Residential Programs and HR on disciplinary issues.
• Lead weekly supervision meetings and maintain program documentation.
