Job summary

United Way Forsyth County seeks a Housing Services Program Coordinator to manage day-to-day operations of SSVF and Rapid Re-Housing programs. You will oversee TFA funds, supervise case managers, and maintain landlord relationships to secure housing and ensure compliance.

The role collaborates with compliance, data teams, and inspectors to align with program guidance and data quality standards, supporting veterans and households in transition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years in housing services, homelessness response, property management, or related field.
• HUD HQS certification preferred; NSPIRE if required within 6 months of hire.
• Experience reviewing real estate or lease contracts to catch terms.
• Familiarity with contracts and multi-party coordination across landlords, case managers, inspectors, lenders.
• Experience conducting rent analyses and Fair Market Rent determinations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Rapid Re-Housing and SSVF funds management and reconciliation.
• Provide supervision and guidance to case managers and partner staff.
• Foster strong landlord relationships and identify affordable housing leads.
• Coordinate inspections, HQS/NSPIRE compliance, and backup inspection capacity.
