Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assists in interpreting policies and procedures issued by HUD and other oversight agencies and helps revise departmental procedures.
• Reviews certifications and supporting documentation to determine compliance with program requirements.
• Prepares reports and recommendations regarding Housing Program leasing operations and tenant selections.
• Coordinates and monitors customer-service activities to address inquiries from applicants, participants, residents, property owners, and the public.
• Enters, reviews, verifies, and retrieves information in an automated information system.
• Assists with project monitoring, training needs, and internal controls.
