Pine Street Inn is seeking a Housing Placement Supervisor to oversee a team of case managers delivering pre-housing services and housing navigation. The role emphasizes Housing First, Harm Reduction, and Trauma-Informed Care to support clients toward permanent housing.

The supervisor will guide staff, coordinate across departments, and help ensure data accuracy in HMIS while promoting client-centered outcomes and strong community partnerships.

Qualifications

• REQUIRED: BS.../BA/BS in human service field or HS diploma with 3+ years in social services.
• MINIMUM 2-3 years in direct service with people experiencing homelessness.
• EXPERIENCE in Homeless Services.

Responsabilités

• Oversee a team of Case Managers delivering pre-housing case management and housing navigation services.
• Provide direct supervision, coaching, and training to staff.
• Collaborate across the agency to enroll clients and develop individual service plans for rapid, safe, affordable housing.
• Monitor service quality and ensure timely HMIS data entry; support program development and community partnerships.
