Job summary

Pine Street Inn in Boston is seeking a Housing Placement Supervisor to lead a team of Case Managers delivering pre-housing services and housing navigation. You will coach staff, ensure adherence to Housing First, Harm Reduction, and Trauma-Informed Care, and help move guests toward safe, affordable permanent housing.

The HPS collaborates across programs, guides enrollment decisions, monitors service quality, supports HMIS data entry, and helps develop policies and partnerships to remove barriers

Qualifications

• REQUIRED: BS/W, BA or BS in a human service field or HS diploma with 3 years in social services.
• Minimum 2-3 years in direct service with vulnerable populations experiencing homelessness.
• Experience in Homeless Services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of Case Managers delivering pre-housing case management and housing navigation services.
• Provide supervision, coaching and training to staff delivering services aligned with Housing First, Harm Reduction, and Trauma-Informed Care.
• Collaborate across the agency to enroll clients and develop individual service plans for rapid housing outcomes.
• Monitor service quality and HMIS data entry; support program development and community partnerships.
