Job summary

Pine Street Inn in Boston seeks a Housing Navigation Case Manager to work with a team to develop and execute housing plans for guests experiencing homelessness. You will engage with guests to reduce barriers to housing and create individualized housing plans that lead to stable, affordable homes.

Attention to data entry in HMIS, strong customer service, and collaboration with PSI departments are essential to deliver integrated services and support the mission to end homelessness.

Qualifications

• BSW, BA or BS in a human service-related field required, or 3 years of equivalent social service experience.
• Preferred bilingual abilities: Spanish/English and/or Haitian-Creole; counseling/case management training.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute housing plans for guests to achieve stable housing.
• Enter guest information into HMIS accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with multiple PSI departments to provide integrated services.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests and external partners.
