Job summary

Catholic Charities in Saint Cloud, MN, seeks an Affordable Housing Operations Coordinator to provide administrative and resident relations support across all properties. You will manage tenant files, occupancy records, communications, and coordination of maintenance and turnover, ensuring accurate records and excellent service.

We seek an Associate’s degree in business admin or related field, plus three years in affordable housing or property management.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate’s degree in business administration, property management, human services, or related field.
• Experience: Three years of experience in affordable housing, property management, administrative coordination, records management, or related field.
• Knowledge of affordable housing programs (HUD, RD, LIHTC) preferred.
• Strong organizational and document management skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proficiency with MS Office and database/property management software.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative, resident relations, and operational support across all Affordable Housing properties.
• Coordinate tenant file management, occupancy administration, and compliance documentation.
• Assist with maintenance coordination and unit turnover processes.
• Support housing staff and residents with accurate records and timely communications.
