Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local affordable housing regulations.
• Develop and maintain an asset management dashboard.
• Create asset management plans for each property.
• Coordinate with CFO and investors on budgets and capital needs.
• Supervise leasing and property management directors.
• Prepare cash flow projections and distributions.
• Oversee debt maturity and refinancing strategies.
