Responsibilities

• Manage waitlists and evaluate applicant eligibility.
• Coordinate resident services and maintain applicant files.
• Review applications in compliance with affordable housing programs.

Skills

Knowledge of HUD, LIHTC, CHFA

Strong oral and written communication skills

Ability to function as a supportive team member

Education

Bachelor’s degree in a related field

Three years of related work experience
