Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Higher Education, Business, Info Systems or equivalent.
• 1-3 years housing occupancy experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in administration of university housing operations including room inventory, assignments, meal plans, billing, and data accuracy between housing software and Banner.
• Develop and implement marketing plans for the department including updates to web and social media.
• Supervise Housing Operations Coordinator, oversee summer and conference housing, and participate in on-call rotations.
• Manage vendor contracts and collaborate with university entities to market and promote programs.
• Lead the development of the Housing Services annual calendar and contribute to policy development and strategic planning.
