Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to paraprofessional RA staff through weekly staff/individual meetings and RA trainings.
• Review and process building forms and respond to emails for [e-mail]; participate in major recruitment events.
• Approve in-hall programming, track programming numbers, budgets, and provide logistical support for RA programming; create building-wide initiatives.
• Enforce university standards, meet with students with policy violations, input incident reports, and participate in on-call rotation.
• Assist with opening/closing residence halls, document damage, and serve as building manager.
