The Site Operations Manager (SOM) is the onsite operational leader for an assigned supportive housing building. This position ensures a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors while upholding Plymouth Housing’s mission‑driven commitment to dignity and community.
The SOM oversees all building operations, including rent collection, unit turnover, cleanliness, safety, compliance, and hospitality‑forward resident services. They lead the 24/7 operations team, manage building budgets, track key performance indicators, and maintain readiness for inspections and emergencies. Working closely with partners across departments—including Facilities, Safety, and Resident Well‑Being—the SOM ensures consistent service delivery, stable building systems, and a respectful, inclusive community environment.
