Job summary

The YMCA of the North Shore seeks an Affordable Housing Operations Specialist in Beverly and Ipswich to support administrative, financial, and regulatory functions of our housing programs. This role ensures accurate records, supports audits, coordinates reporting, and partners with Housing leadership, Finance, and external agencies to maintain compliance and service quality.

If you bring detail orientation, experience in affordable housing, and proficiency with Google Workspace and MS Office,

Qualifications

• Experience in affordable housing or housing compliance preferred.
• LIHTC knowledge and local housing regulations a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain resident and financial records with confidentiality.
• Collect rents, process deposits, and enter data timely.
• Prepare and submit housing reports monthly, quarterly, and annually.
• Coordinate audits, inspections, and file reviews for compliance.
• Prepare move-ins and annual recertifications per regulations.
• Support data integrity and documentation standards across operations.
