Qualifikationen

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in affordable housing, property management, or housing compliance preferred.
• LIHTC knowledge and local housing regulations are a plus.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
