YMCA of the North Shore is seeking a Housing Manager for our Beverly, MA location to oversee operations at a new affordable housing site. You will manage compliance, occupancy, rent collection, and resident relations to support housing stability and community safety.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of three years of experience in property management or related field serving similar populations.
• Knowledge of affordable housing programs and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Demonstrated empathy and commitment to working with diverse, low-income, and vulnerable populations.

Aufgaben

• Oversee housing operations at the Beverly/Gloucester location.
• Manage rent collection, occupancy, and compliance with LIHTC, Section 8, HUD, EOHLC, and local guidelines.
• Maintain waiting lists and screen applicants for eligibility, coordinate leases and move-in paperwork.
• Respond to resident concerns and enforce lease terms with professionalism.
• Coordinate with facilities and maintenance for timely work orders and REAC/NSPIRE prep.
