Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent required.
• 6 months clerical/office experience or related experience/training preferred.
• Experience with HUD or CTCAC properties a plus.

Responsibilities

• Orders office supplies.
• Schedules maintenance repairs and files completed work orders.
• Assists in resident move-in/out procedures and unit inspections.
• Maintains wait list and processes applications per EHMI policies; explains move-in procedures.
• Collects rent and handles daily bank deposits as needed.
• Answers phone calls and customer interactions professionally.
• Maintains resident files and prepares project status reports.
• Promotes harmonious relations among residents and staff.
