Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months clerical/office experience.
• Ability to read and interpret general business documents.
• Proficiency in basic math for rent collection.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day operations of housing facilities and equipment.
• Schedule maintenance, file work orders, and follow up.
• Support resident move-in/out and unit inspections.
• Process applications and wait lists per compliance policies.
• Collect rent and perform daily deposits as needed.
• Answer calls and maintain professional office interactions.
• Maintain resident files and project status reports.
• Refer applicants to alternate housing when needed.
• Ensure compliance with HUD and related regulations.
• Promote inclusive relations with residents and community.
