Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months clerical/office experience or related training.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with HUD or CTCAC properties is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Order office supplies and manage routine clerical tasks.
• Schedule maintenance and process work orders, with follow-up.
• Assist in resident move-in/out and unit inspections.
• Maintain resident files and compliance records per EHMI policies.
• Collect rent, perform daily deposits, and respond to inquiries.
