Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or equivalent with 5+ years' relevant experience.
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience preferred.
• Experience with homelessness, domestic violence survivors, mental health or addictions challenges.
• Knowledge of Wisconsin HMIS (Clarity) and community resources.
• Valid Wisconsin driver's license and ability to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management to individuals and families experiencing homelessness in a shelter setting.
• Develop and monitor individual housing and income stability plans.
• Advocate for clients across systems and connect to community resources.
• Maintain confidential records and grant documentation.
• Coordinate school enrollment for children and link to services.
• Represent Pillars in community events and interagency activities.
• Adhere to Pillars policies, complete training, and stay compliant.
