Qualifications

• Associate Degree in psychology or related field.
• One year experience in housing navigation, case management or social services.
• High School Diploma or G.E.D
• Three year experience in housing navigation, case management or social services

Responsibilities

• Enroll clients in the program and identify eligible housing units for lease.
• Assist clients with lease applications and necessary documentation.
• Maintain accurate documentation of housing navigation services in program databases.
• Attend trainings (Housing Assessor, Navigator, HMIS) to collaborate with partners.
• Coordinate with outside providers to meet clients' needs and refer resources.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
