Qualifications

• Associate degree in psychology or related field required.
• Three years of experience in housing navigation, case management or social services.
• Valid Texas Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients to enroll in the housing program and identify eligible housing units for lease.
• Assist clients in gathering documents needed for enrollment and lease-up.
• Accompany clients to housing appointments and advocate for them during the search and selection process.
• Assist with completing lease applications and securing related support (fees, etc.).
• Maintain accurate documentation of services and client files in agency databases.
• Coordinate with outside providers and partners to meet clients’ housing needs.
