Catholic Charities of Central Colorado is seeking a Housing Assistance Navigator to help individuals and families access rental assistance and housing support, and to connect them with temporary shelter when needed.

You will assess eligibility, collect documentation, coordinate resources, and provide light case management while maintaining compliance with grant guidelines and reporting requirements.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology or related field; 1 year rental assistance experience.
• 1-2 years experience serving low-income or vulnerable populations.
• Strong verbal and written communication, with listening and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn and use databases and HMIS; accurate data entry and documentation.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Manage intake and assessment, collecting information for rental assistance.
• Coordinate referrals for motel vouchers and connect families to shelter and services.
• Provide light case management and document eligibility and required paperwork.
• Enter data promptly, maintain client files, and support program reporting.
• Engage with landlords and community partners to secure funds and resources.
