Job summary

Qualifications

• Significant experience working with homeless populations and those formerly incarcerated.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to work in a high-stress environment.
• BA preferred; HS Diploma/GED required; CPR training or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients regularly and manage entire case load; ensure files and reports are current.
• Make weekly off-site visits, drop off reminders, and conduct housing-related inspections.
• Assist with entitlements, housing applications, housing interviews, and appointments.
• Collaborate with clinical staff and provide supportive counseling and crisis response.
