You will work directly with individuals to navigate housing applications, HUD processes, benefits, and community resources, using lived experience to build connections and reduce barriers. You will lead housing searches, assist with applications, coordinate moving arrangements, and help manage payments to landlords while teaching independent living skills and crisis

Qualificações

• Personal experience with mental health challenges.
• Certified and registered as a Peer Support Specialist or Peer Wellness Specialist through the Oregon Health Authority.

Responsabilidades

• Assist individuals in navigating housing applications, HUD and benefits systems.
• Conduct housing searches, complete applications, coordinate moves and manage payments to landlords.
• Provide direct skills training in independent living and crisis de-escalation training.

PSS/PWS certification
