Qualifications

• Driving is an essential function; valid driver's license required and able to pass a DHS background check.

Responsibilities

• Meet with each new resident to provide welcome, answer questions, and offer compassionate support and guidance.
• Coordinate and facilitate peer groups and provide personal care services (shopping, self-help, socialization, meal prep).
• Utilize strategic self-disclosure to build connection and normalize mental health challenges.
