Job summary

My House is seeking a Housing Intake Coordinator to manage intake assessments, referrals, and admissions for our recovery housing program in Wasilla, AK. The role involves coordinating from referral to admission and maintaining accurate client records.

You will work with the Behavioral Health Program to ensure compliance, data entry accuracy, and client confidentiality while supporting clients toward stability and independence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; recovery requirement if in recovery.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in social work, psychology, human services, counseling, or addiction counseling.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake assessments with individuals referred to My House and determine eligibility and service needs.
• Receive, review, and respond to referrals for My House programs in a timely, professional manner.
• Coordinate the intake process from referral to admission, communicating with sources, clients, and staff.
• Complete admission and discharge procedures with required documentation and follow-up.
