Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a related role.
• Proven administrative experience and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Must pass state and federal background check; pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Answer and route phone calls.
• Greet clients and assist with administrative needs.
• File client documents in physical and electronic folders.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant task completion and data entry.
