Job summary

Volunteers of America Western Washington is seeking a Case Manager to support housing efforts for vulnerable families and individuals in Snohomish County. The role focuses on preparing clients for housing through ERP, a low-barrier Housing First program with subsidies and wraparound services.

You will manage a caseload, verify eligibility, assist with paperwork, and help clients find permanent housing within 86 days, coordinating with landlords and partners to ensure safe, affordable housing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field from an accredited university.
• 5+ years of case management experience could be substituted for a degree.

Responsibilities

• Obtain a minimal case load of ERP clients throughout Snohomish County.
• Verify program eligibility and complete required paperwork.
• Provide intensive housing search and placement assistance within 86 days.
• Collaborate with property owners/landlords to place clients in permanent housing.
• Maintain HMIS records and meet county deadlines.
