Job summary

The Salvation Army Family Haven Shelter in St. Louis, Missouri seeks a Case Manager to provide comprehensive case management for individuals and families in the program. You will develop case plans to increase functioning and assist clients in securing permanent housing, participating in all phases of case management to advance these goals.

Full-time, 40 hours weekly, with starting pay of $46,000 per year. The job requires collaborating with community partners and maintaining regular client

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services required or equivalent experience.
• Outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse cultures.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, TSA MVR check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial intake assessments to determine client needs.
• Develop and monitor family case management plans for self-sufficiency and housing.
• Provide case management services and regular client meetings.
• Offer information and referrals on education, employment, housing, budgeting, and utilities.
• Network with community agencies to improve referrals and services.
• Attend staff meetings and present case plans for development.
