Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in a related field.
• 1-3 years relevant experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess eligibility and review documentation to determine program eligibility.
• Coordinate housing, transport, and apartment inspections to HUD standards.
• Calculate and collect client rent; manage rent renewals.
• Maintain up-to-date client files and records per policies.
• Collaborate with staff and external partners to obtain housing resources.
