Job summary

BKF, a multi-service infrastructure firm, seeks a Project Manager – Housing Element Services to lead delivery and growth in 7th cycle Housing Element updates in the Bay Area and LA metro regions.

You will guide background analyses through HCD certification, manage scopes and budgets, and coordinate across planning, environmental, and engineering teams while pursuing new opportunities and building client relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in community planning with Housing Element focus.
• 0Experience as a Project Manager on at least one 6th cycle Housing Element update.

Responsibilities

• Manage Housing Element update projects from background reports to HCD certification.
